How much will it cost me?

Costs are estimated on a per-project basis and is based on information gathered during an initial meeting concerning the project. We will always discuss our prices with you and will bring any potential additional costs to your attention before they occur so you remain in full control. Why does my budget matter? Our work is tailored to fit the needs of our clients, so knowing your budget will help us determine what we can do for you for the amount you have available. If you need help coming up with a budget, we can work with you on that, too.

Can you still help me even if I have a limited budget?

No matter what your budget, we'll work with you to try to find a solution. We're experts at making your money go further. If the project is too small for us to handle, we'll be happy to refer you to someone else better suited to your needs.

How long does a project take to complete?

It depends on the particular project. A schedule will be developed for all involved in the project working backward from your deadline. We've never missed a deadline in over 30 years!

What geographical area do you cover?

We are based in Central Massachusetts and therefore can easily reach clients within a one or two-hour drive. We also work with clients throughout the United States via telephone and internet.
